Welcome to wv999. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the wv999 website located at https://wv999.pro, including all related services, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and customer support channels operated under the wv999 brand (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is operated by wv999 ("we", "us", "our", "wv999"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you ("you", "Player", "User") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from wv999 or had an account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

wv999 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time without prior notice. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

Each individual is permitted to hold one wv999 account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, wv999 will close all duplicate accounts, transfer any remaining balance to the primary account at its sole discretion, and may permanently suspend all associated accounts if fraud is suspected.

When registering your wv999 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly whenever it changes. wv999 will rely on the information you provide when processing transactions and verifying your identity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wv999 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. wv999 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your wv999 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat. wv999 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving a verified report of unauthorised access.

wv999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. USDT transactions are settled at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Minimum Deposit: PKR 500 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer methods are displayed in the cashier section of your wv999 account.

Minimum Withdrawal: PKR 1,000 to any supported payment method. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier and may be subject to change at wv999's discretion.

• Deposits are credited to your wv999 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equal or greater value, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practice.
• wv999 charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

All funds deposited into your wv999 account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be refunded to the source account. Any winnings derived from third-party deposits are subject to forfeiture.

wv999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is communicated, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates.

General bonus rules applicable to all wv999 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal request containing bonus-derived winnings will be approved.

All bets and wagers placed on the wv999 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market type. Sports betting rules, including those applicable to PSL cricket markets, are governed by the rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform. Casino game rules are governed by the rules published within each individual game interface.

General betting rules applicable across all wv999 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. wv999 will not reverse confirmed bets except in cases of an identifiable system error or where the bet was placed on a market subsequently voided for reasons set out in the applicable sports betting rules.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game or bet settlement, wv999 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly using available game logs and server data. The outcome of wv999's investigation is final.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the time of placing the bet. wv999 reserves the right to adjust individual player bet limits based on betting patterns.
• wv999 is not responsible for bets placed in error. Players should verify all bet details before confirming.
• All casino games are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game RTPs are published in the game information section of each title.

wv999 reserves the right to void any bet where it determines that a player had access to information that was not publicly available at the time the bet was placed, or where there is evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or any other form of corrupt activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wv999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole cards in poker variants or coordinating bets in live dealer games.

• Charge-back Fraud: Initiating a charge-back or payment reversal after using deposited funds to wager. Any account associated with a fraudulent charge-back will be permanently suspended and the debt recovered through all available legal means.
• Abuse of Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or evade a self-exclusion or suspension.

All content on the wv999 Platform — including but not limited to the wv999 name and logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of wv999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any wv999 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the wv999 brand, trademarks, or logos in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written authorisation from wv999.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of wv999 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action. Third-party game content is owned by the respective game providers and governed by their licensing arrangements with wv999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wv999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

wv999's total cumulative liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in that player's wv999 account at the time the claim arises.

Without limiting the above, wv999 is not responsible for:

• Interrupted or unavailable access to the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, telecommunications failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays in the settlement of bets or the processing of deposits and withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any tax liability you may incur on gambling winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to declare and pay any applicable taxes on winnings received from wv999.

• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory obligations require account closure.

Upon termination for cause, wv999 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, wv999 will process any eligible balance to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to wv999's operating jurisdiction. Players access the Platform subject to the laws of their own jurisdiction and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of wv999 is lawful where they are located.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
